It is our honor to announce that we have been entrusted to to take care of the families of the  JOHN J. CURRAN FUNERAL HOME of 535 Oxford Street in Rochester, New York.  Since its inception the John J. Curran Funeral Home has been serving the families of the Rochester region with John J. Curran and then Robert E. Kingston ( 1979-2017 ).  We will with honor and respect continue their outstanding service to the community.  The Oxford Street location is now closed and all services will be at the David A. Doser Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Fairport, New York.  Again let me say that we are honored to continue the traditions of the John J. You are welcome to call us at any time of the day, any day of the week, for immediate assistance. Or, visit our funeral home in person at your convenience. ( Please call ahead since at certain times we do need to help others or just need a little down time for ourselves) We also provide a wealth of information here on our web site so you can learn more from the privacy of your own home.

 Just completed in late 2018  our formal visitation room and family reception lounge will hopefully make your visit with us more comfortable.  We have added 2 personal refrigerators to our family room that are filled with bottled water and a Keurig coffee machine in our coffee room for those of you who might need a hot coffee or tea.

Over the years, the name has changed from Emery & Malone to Emery to Curtis to the David A. Doser Funeral Home & Cremation Service.  The facility has been improved and upgraded, however, the one thing that has always remained the same is our commitment to quality service at a fair price.  Always professional, always friendly, always at your service.  Always…when you need us.
