Phyllis J. (Briggs) Deal

Phillis J. Deal of Fairport, New York on August 15, 2019.  Phyllis (Briggs) Deal passed away peacefully with her family at her side at age 100.  She is predeceased by her husband, Theodore Deal, companion, Gordon Scott and sister Joyce Stadt.  She is survived by 2 daughters, Jody ( Bill )Koegler ) and Jackie ( Bob Trombino ) Deal; 3 grandchildren, Emily ( Joe ) Milliman,  Tammi ( Steven )Hancock  and Zachary Koegler; Also  3 great grandchildren and her brother, Paul ( Beatrice ) Briggs along with several nieces and nephews.  She will be deeply missed by all.

Phyllis begueathed her body to the U of R Medical School.  At her request there will be no memorial service.  A gathering of family and friends will occur at a later date.  In lieu of flowers please consider a donation in her memory to the Penfield United Methodist Church, 1795 Baird Road  Penfield, NY  14526 or the Hildebrandt Hospice Care Center, Attn: Donation, 3111 South Winton Road  Rochester, NY  14623.

Her family would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to all the staff at the Maplewood Nursing Home for their compassionate care during the past year and to the "Hildebrandt Angels" for the comfort and peace provided during her final days.
