Demetrios "Jim" Polyzoes of Pittsford, New York passed away January 14, 2018 at age 83. Born in Thessaloniki, Greece he emigrated to NYC at age 18 to attend City College on a Fulbright Scholarship. He was also an alumni of the Simon School of Business. Jim was a proud naturalized US citizen and never missed an opportunity to vote. Employed by Xerox for 20 years with several patents to his name. After retiring he ran a sole proprietorship specializing im 2-way mobile communications. His loves were entrepreneurship and Keuka Lake where he made life-long friends
Married 56 years to his loving wife Harriet. Survived bychildren Tina (Bob) Muto, Daphne (Matt) Updegraff and Mariella (Dave) Kettell. Grand-children Maya and Eric Updegraff, Gia and Jacey Muto. Thank you to the 3rd floor staff at the Highlands Living Center of Pittsford for their many years of care.
