Hazel B. Land of Fairport, New york on January 03, 2015 at age 98. She is predeceased by her husband, Fred W. Land. Hazel is survived by her children, Carolyn ( Donald ) Cleveland of Reno, NV and Warren F. ( Petra ) Land of Webster, NY. Three grandchildren, Andrew B. Cleveland and Alison ( Rusty ) Coulter, both of Reno,NV and Amanda Land of Webster, NY. Also two great grandchildren.
Hazel was a lifetime member of the Order of the Eastern Star Chapter 444 in Fairport, NY. Her family would like to extend a special thank you to all the staff at The Maplewood Nursing Home in Webster, NY for all the kindnesses given to Hazel this past year.
