JAMES V. APARO

James V. Aparo of Victor, New York ( Formerly of Fairport, New York ) on April 16, 2015 at age 89.  Jim is survived by his wife of 68 years, Louise M. Aparo; 2 children, James ( Diane ) Aparo and Fran ( Randy ) Gallahan; his sister, Rose Stolt, his 5 grandchildren, Brian ( Beth ) Aparo, Annmarie ( Steve ) Nardozzi, Robin ( Kyle ) Domogala, Meghan ( Pat ) Graham & Tim Gallahan; also 7 great grandchildren, Nate, Drew, Gianna, Marra, Tenley, Macie & Lyla.  Also many nieces, nephews, and friends.  A special thanks to his physician, Dr. Joseph DiPoala, Jr.

James was a World War II Veteran with General Patton's 3rd Army and a recipient of the Bronze Star.

Jim was a barber for many years in Fairport with Ron Jensen and Rocky Ceravalo  at the R & J Barber Shop.

Friends may call on Monday from 3-7 PM at the Funeral Home.  His Memorial Mass  will be Tuesday at 11:15 AM at Church of the Assumption  20 East Avenue  Fairport, NY.  Memorials may be made to Blue Star Moms NY #1  PO Box 426 Bloomfield, NY  or American Cancer Society 1120 S.
