JOSEPHINE GODFREY

Josephine Godfrey passed away peacefully at Aaron Manor Nursing Home on February 04, 2020 surrounded by her large and loving family.  Her daughters Evelyn Graupman (Don), Lillian Lynda Metzler-deceased-(Ron), and her sons Andre Godfrey (Melinda) and Anthony Godfrey (Margaret Michalowicz).  Grandchildren, Jon Graupman (Michelle), Stacy Hewitt (Brad), Rebecca Gaura (John), Jennifer Giles (George Juzwiak), and Sara Hardy (Sean) and many great-grandchildren.

Josephine was a seamstress whose work legacy is a history of the Rochester garment industry working at Fashion Park, National, Bonds, Timely and Hickey Freeman.  Her true legacy is her family that she sacrificed for and loved deeply.

A Funeral Mass and Memoriam will beheld at the Church of the Assumption. 20 East Avenue.
