Jay B. Fair of Rochester, New York on March 08, 2013.  Jay is survived by 3 brothers:  Roger, Jon (Marilyn ) and Conrad ( Linda ) Fair.  He is also survived by nieces and nephews including Lyle Fair and Jodie Robers.

Jay's  funeral service will be on Monday morning at 11:00AM in Creation Chapel at White Haven Memorial Park  210 Marsh Road  Pittsford, NY  14534.  Interment will follow service.
