Jeffrey R. Kalpin (52), unexpectedly passed away on April 9th 2025. He was the longtime companion of Terry (VanThof) Fagan. They shared 23 years of partnership together.
Jeff was born in Rochester, New York. He was the son of Mary (Kita) Kalpin, and Wesley Kalpin.
Jeff enjoyed fishing, camping, golfing, bowling, and playing softball. He coached Southside Little League Baseball to an undefeated season. He enjoyed watching the kids play sports and was very involved. He loved his New England Patriots, Kansas City Chiefs and Boston Red Sox. Jeff also had a love for 90’s music. He loved to sing “Ice Ice Baby” (Vanilla Ice) and “My Prerogative” (Bobby Brown).
Jeffrey is survived by his longtime companion Terry (VanThof) Fagan, Mother Mary (Kita) Kalpin, Step-Mother Cathy (Richardson) Kalpin, children Chantelle McCall, Nicholas McCall (Mother Holley McCall) and Nicole Cuatt (Kalpin) (Ben), (Mother Maryjo Panzerella), Thomas, Ashley, and Sean Fagan, sisters Trisha Kalpin (Rich), Heather Kalpin and brother Darrick Kalpin, grandchildren Gianna, Isabella, Paige and Norah, niece’s Mya, Brittany, nephew Noah, several aunts, uncles and close friends.
Jeff is predeceased by his Father Wesley R. Kalpin, grandparents Richard & Shirley Kalpin, Frank and Anna Kita.
Jeff will be remembered as a fun, kind-hearted man who enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren. He will be forever known as "PaPa" and "PaPa Jeff". You may be gone from our sights however you will never be gone from our hearts. We will miss and love you always.
We would be honored if you would join us in saying our final farewells to Jeffrey. The calling hours will be held on Tuesday April 15th from 6pm-8pm at Doser Funeral Home (76 S. Main Street, Fairport NY 14450). The internment will be private.
