Karen J. Schreckendgust of Macedon, New York on June 27, 2016. Karen is pre-deceased by her parents, Jay and Ruth Schreckendgust. She is survived by her sister, Kathie ( David ) Newlyn of Portland, Oregon and her constantant companion and care giver for over 32 years, Thomas Brockman. She is also survived by her nephew Adam ( Lisa ) Newlyn of Portland, Oregon and their children Samantha and Max. Karen enjoyed all kinds of social events and was a supporter of: Active Older Adults at the YMCA. A wonderful entertainer, hostess and cook for all major holiday dinners. Karen loved flowers and to do crafts. Private interment was held at White Haven Memorial Park in Blue Bird Meadow ( The Green Burial Section ) on Wednesday June 29, 2016.
