L. Jack Holdridge of Brighton, New York on April 27, 2011. He was 89 years old. Jack was born in Utica, New York and moved to Syracuse, New York as a youth. He met and married Mabel Park Burr. After serving in the Navy, they raised their family in Syracuse. He worked for Easy Washer. In 1963 he moved to Rochester, New York. He worked at and retired from Xerox Corporation. He was active in the Boy Scouts of America, the American Legion and served with the Monroe County Honor Guard. He is survived by two daughters and one son: Mary Alice ( Barry ) Maynard, Michael ( Patricia ) Holdridge and Suzanne ( Hugh ) Blair. He was the proud Grandfather of eight grandchildren and Great Grandfather of 14 great grandchildren. Jack's memorial service will be held on Saturday afternoon, May 07, 2011 in All Seasons Chapel of White Haven Memorial Park at 1:00 PM.
