MARK M. ECKERT, JR.

Mark M. Eckert, Jr. of Fairport and East Amherst, NY  passed away peacefully on February 27, 2020.  He is pre-deceased by his wife Laura Keith Eckert.  He is survived by his three children, Greg Eckert, Sandra Stephens and Judy Greco; seven grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.

He worked for the Attica Correctional Facility for many years as Plant Superintendent and later finished his career at the Rochester Psych Center.

He will be remembered  for his selfless acts of kindness, volunteering countless hours to Advent House of Fairport, Habitat for Humanity and organizing and cooking the monthly Sunday luncheon for the Fairport United Methodist Church.

A Memorial Service will be held in the Spring at White Haven Memorial Park  210 Marsh Road. PIittsford, NY.   In lieu of flowers, pease consider donations to Advent House or Habitat For Humanity.
