MARTIN P. COLLINS

Martin P. Collins of Fairport, New York on May 30, 2018 at age 68.  He is survived by his loving wife, Nancy Collins; 3 children, Sean Collins, Amy ( Josh ) Tome and Alicia Collins.  His mother, Eleanor Collins. Also 5 brothers, Michael, Daniel ( Theresa ), Patrick ( Barb ), Larry ( Sarah ) and Marty Collins. 5 grandchildren, Lexi, Jacob, Cheyenne, Shane and Olivia. 

Friends may call on Monday June 4th from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at the funeral home.  On Tuesday June 5th at 11:00 AM please meet the family at All Seasons Chapel at White Haven Memorial Park  210 Marsh Road  Pittsford, NY for Martin's Memorial Service with Deacon Bob Corsaro, officiating.  Memorials may be made in Martin's name to the American Diabetes Association, Box 15829  Arlington, Virginia  22215.
