Warren T. VanBuskirk

Warren T. VanBuskirk of Fairport, New York passed away peacefully Wednesday December 19, 2018 at the Fairport Baptist Home.  He was born on May 25, 1925 in Corning, New York to Hiram J. and Nettie L. VanBuskirk and was the oldest of 3 children.  Following Army Service in WW II, Warren married June, his wife of 69 years.  Warren retired as a Mechanical Engineer from Xerox Corp. where he holds many patents.   He was an avid golfer and bowler which he continued to enjoy into his 90s. He is survived by his wife, Dolores ( June ),  daughter Linda ( Carl ) Grovanz, son Thomas ( Judith ),  sister  Jane Thomas and many nieces and nephews.  Warren was predeceased by his parents  and sister Louise Gingrich.

Friends are invited to call on Thursday December 27th from 1:00 - 3:00 PM at the funeral home when a Memorial Service will be held for those who wish to attend.  Reverend Mary Martin presiding.  Memorials in his name may be made to the Fairport Baptist Home or UR Hospice.
